Write a program to solve for all 25 possible Caesar shifts.
Construct a cipher wheel or alphabet slide to help.
Frequency analysis is very helpful here. (ETAIONSRHL top 10 letters usually)
Word patterns are extremely helpful.
The long word only has one letter repeated.
A free reference is the Army Field Manual FM34-40-2 if it is still available online.
The Cipher is indeed a classic Caesar Cipher.
