How do I register a new Encryption Cipher?
I have made a new cipher which can be used to encrypt data, does anyone know how to register it or make it known?
What matters with a cypher is its “strength” not how novel it is.
However – If you want to try making money off it, do make sure you visit a patent lawyer before telling too many people about it – you can’t patent it once it’s been published/publicized!
